Happy Thanksgiving!

What a great Thanksgiving filled with lots of snow for the kiddos. Aly gets an extra long break for Thanksgiving because of the snow. She said she was really tired of taking off and putting on her gloves and hat at school; it was too much work. So she is glad for the rest??? Now she is taking them off 5+ times a day to go outside and go sledding down our hill. Whatever works in her crazy mind.

So the other day we were trying to get a few Christmas items past the kids at Target. Brian had put Blake's star wars silly bandz in the cart but Aly happened to see. So of course we can't put them in their stockings or they will know for sure there is no Santa. So I decided to give them silly bandz for Thanksgiving but they have to tell us what they are thankful for. Blake is very excited he put them under his pillow for the night. Gotta love our kids.

We have so much to be thankful for this year. Thanks for the friendships :)

The Very Sad Day-Richin's Move to IDAHO

What a day. We got to see their family drive away. It was so sad. We have missed them terribly. But they are enjoying being so close to their family. The boys are enjoying farm life. We will get to see them shortly and I am sure we will have many trips planned in our future.
