The City


The Ferry ride!!


The train ride! It was nice and air conditioned!

So we were staying about 45 min to an hour away from New York city so we decided to take the train and subway to the city. People said it would be a fun experience. We decided to go on a HOT day it was 96 degrees and MUGGY. The subway was so hot and not so fun. But we did enjoy our ferry ride to Staton Island and Central Park.

We were so close to CT we decided to take a road trip to a beach. The kids loved throwing rocks in the ocean. Blake hasn't been to the beach in OR or WA yet so he had his first experience on the East coast. It was definitely warmer than any beach around WA.

New York

So I guess I am crazy. It was quite a feat to travel across the country with 2 kids all alone. But as I looked back on the journey I knew it had to have been God bringing all the right people to help me out at the right time. It was so AMAZING to spend time with Brian, I don't know what I would have done without him for 3 weeks. He is a great dad. Here is a video of Aly jumping, we were at the pool at least once a day the whole time we were there.

Our New Shop


The day we moved was soo HOT here are the kids so excited to find all their old toys again.



So this is it our new Shop. The house from the outside does not look great, but it is starting to feel like home. Soon I will get up more pictures. We have a little over 2 acres and live out of town a ways. I like to say the outskirts of Tumwater but our address is Tenino. Brian and I were talking and we both said growing up we would never have wanted to live in Tenino but here we are. So far we are loving it. I don't mind being a little ways away from the store/town. There are so may coffee shops on my way into town it is amazing. I feel so blessed that God has brought us here, we all are loving it. So far it has taken Brian and hour to mow the grass and that was only part of it. I guess it will be a 2 hour job, HE loves it.
