Bike - A -Thon

Aly is starting to like bike riding. My parent's neighborhood had a bike a thon and she did great. Slow and steady wins the race should be Aly's motto. She does not break any speed records but she is so cute.
Blake is starting to love riding his bike as well. It is possible that he might lose the training wheels before Aly. hahhah

Las Vegas

I just have to say I have the best mother in law in the world. She watched our kids for our quick little trip to Vegas. She is always willing to watch our kids and they love Grandma and papa!! Thank you again

My sis and I

My sister and someone who did not want to be on my blog but oopppss here he is. (In front of the Wynn)
So we took a quick little trip to Vegas with my sister and our friend. We had a lot of fun!! The weather was amazing. I am sick of Washington's weather, what is up where is our summer??

Gymnastics and ice cream

Aly loves gymnastics until we get there and suddenly she gets shy and doesn't want to do anything. This has been so frustrating to Brian and I. But finally, after a month, she had a break through week and did everything and loved it. She even got "sweaty" as she calls it. So we went to ice cream afterwards as a reward for finally doing gymnastics.

Family Trip to the Zoo

This is one nice thing about Brian working swing. We could all get to the zoo as a family. It was a hot day but we had a great time.

NEW JOB

As many of you already know Brian got a new job. He starts June 9th, we couldn't be more ecstatic. He will be working as a field service engineer which means he will travel to different hospitals and fix the machines in the lab. Yes, there will be some travel but not as much as you might think, the area he is assigned is quite small. So this means that we can actually buy a house in the Olympia area because we will be staying here. We are so very excited about this for Brian because he needed something new and different for employment. Thanks for those of you who were praying for us. The last few months have been more difficult than we expected.

Tractor rides

So it was a miracle that Aly rode on her papa's tractor. Apparently it was too noisy for her. So her Aunt Jen was nice enough to put it in neutral and roll it down a hill. That allowed Aly to get a taste of the fun and she actually rode on it while it was on and noisy. Aly is not one for adventure.
