Spokane Visit and Aly has a (new to her) doll house

Aly and her new doll house. She loves it and plays with it all the time. My grandpa (my mom's dad) made this doll house many years ago for my cousin. She was moving and has 2 boys that won't play with it so I decided Aly might like it. Aly loves it. I didn't want to bring it to our house, since we are still trying to sell it. We were going to leave it at Grammy and Pappy's for a while. The less clutter the better. But Aly really wanted it here, so we traded her kitchen for the doll house.
Trip to Spokane:
I had to go to Spokane to work at a conference for my job. We stayed at the hotel and we had a room that was right by the pool. It was a bit noisy since it was Hoopfest but fun! There was a huge slide, but it went into a 9ft section. Aly is learning to swim but I just didn't feel comfortable with her sliding deep into the water. Maybe when she has a bit more swim experience.
I worked pretty much the whole time. The kids and Brian explored and went swimming.


We went down to Riverfront Square and of course our kids want to be with the handicap runner. It was quite funny.

Eating at PF Chang's in Tri-Cities. We ended up hitting Tri-Cities first so Brian could work and then heading onto Spokane so I could work.

Chopsticks! Blake loved the lettuce wraps, even with chopsticks.
Our jobs, especially Brian's job has taken us on many family adventures. It is fun for the kids and we get to stay in some nice hotels of course with pools. I am thankful for Brian's crazy job. Remind me of that next time he is gone for a few weeks.
